Hello! I’m Perpetua…
I am an attorney, and my work sits at the intersection of legal practice, frontier technologies, cybersecurity and social impact. I am especially interested in how law can shape responsible innovation, protect people in digital spaces, and support a future where technology works for society, not against it.
Beyond professional titles, I care deeply about people, access, safety, learning, and impact. Whether I am researching AI governance, writing about data privacy, speaking on online safety, or building community projects, my goal is simple: to help people understand and navigate the digital world with more confidence.

Community and Impact
I am deeply committed to using law, technology, policy, and education as tools for social impact.
I am a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, where I deeply engage in shaping conversations and actions that drive positive change on a global scale.
I am also the Co-Founder of TheCySafe Initiative, a digital safety and cybersecurity awareness platform focused on promoting safer, smarter, and more responsible use of technology.
Through TheCySafe Initiative, I contribute to public education on online safety, cybersecurity awareness, digital literacy, and responsible internet use, with a focus on children, senior citizens, and everyday internet users.
My community work reflects my belief that technology should be safe, inclusive, accessible, and rights-respecting. I am passionate about helping people understand the risks and opportunities of the digital world, while empowering them with the knowledge they need to protect themselves and participate confidently in the digital economy.
Through my work as a Global Shaper and my role at TheCySafe Initiative, I continue to support projects that advance digital literacy, online safety, youth development, responsible technology use, and public awareness of emerging legal and policy issues.
