PURPOSE
Hello! I’m Perpetua… I am an attorney, and my work sits at the intersection of legal practice, frontier technologies, cybersecurity and social impact. I am especially interested in how law can shape responsible innovation, protect people in digital spaces, and support a future where technology works for society, not against it.
Beyond professional titles, I care deeply about people, access, safety, learning, and impact. Whether I am researching AI governance, writing about data privacy, speaking on online safety, or building community projects, my goal is simple: to help people understand and navigate the digital world with more confidence.

In the past years, I developed a strong interest in the legal and policy issues surrounding artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and responsible innovation. My work explores how law can support innovation while protecting rights, promoting accountability, and strengthening public trust.
